I couldn't stand this company or store. very rude people who don't help you, I was with them for a little while but then I started having problems with thier phone they couldn't have cared less. not worth it!
I've frequented this store since it was LA Cellular many many years ago and now it's AT&T and soon to be Cingular. the service is good once you get it, but there are always long lines and it seems like you can never get in and out of there…
Good customer service. Suggestion: act like you are not interested for a while - should help you get a better deal. Good selection of phones.
